Choose this option if you want to sky rocket your career, pivot, or completely change course. Perhaps you want a promotion, perhaps you want to work in a different industry, or look at what’s next for your career if you’ve reached as far as you’d like to go. This option is great for people who want to integrate sustainability into their day job, to move into the sustainability industry, or to start looking into non-executive director roles.

Pre-work
Once you have signed up, you'll complete a questionnaire as part of the pre-work, to help me understand your goals, the problem you want resolved and what you want to get out of our sessions.
Session 1
We will meet and we will get stuck right in. I’ll spend some time with you, interrogate your issues, understand your motivations and set you up with a task list to start taking action ASAP
Session 2
You have four weeks to book in your next session. This is completely optional - you may feel you have enough to get on with. But if you run into any problems, roadblocks, have a crisis of confidence, find you have more questions than answers, then use this session to talk to me, and together we can find a way through and achieve your goals.
VIP Access
Do you want more support than just two face-to-face sessions? Sometimes we just need an extra push to reach a particularly stretching goal, I hear you! So, for an additional fee, you have access to me via a personal WhatsApp group for four weeks to ask questions, check in and on-the-spot advice. VIP access is not a standalone service and can only be purchased if you have active sessions with me.
Need more sessions?
Some things just take a bit longer, and some goals are so big they need more support. If you would like to book additional sessions, you can purchase more but you will be limited to a maximum of six. This is so I can ensure that as many people as possible have an opportunity to work with me, and that you take action and avoid procrastinating!

You'll do some pre-work to help me understand a bit more about you and your passions, skills and interests. Any background on your business idea(s) would be super helpful, although feel free to come with an open mind and we can figure it out together.
Our Sessions
You will have up to five sessions, over ten weeks. You’ll receive a tailored strategy for your particular stage of business, and a very clear action plan to help get you unstuck and into motion. By the end of our time together, you’ll have the tools and mindset to propel your dreams of being an entrepreneur into reality.

I love the Dr Suess quote, "Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive, who is youer than you." There are thousands of coaches and courses out there - and you have the free will to choose the person and the services that feel right to you, and best serve your needs.
